Who we are

Corporation.tax is developed and operated by Deepcircle Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16236477). Deepcircle Ltd decides how your information is used and is responsible for it.

What we collect

• the email address you give us
• whether you ticked "I am an accountant or tax agent"
• the date and time you joined

We do not ask for your name or any details of your company.

Why we collect it

To tell you when Corporation.tax opens, to offer you early access and launch pricing, and, if you ticked the box, to ask whether you would like to help shape the product as a design partner. We rely on your consent, which you give by joining the list.

Where it is kept and who sees it

The list is kept in a database run for us by Cloudflare, the company that hosts this website. Cloudflare also handles technical information such as your IP address in order to deliver the site and to check that the form is being used by a person. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Until 24 months after Corporation.tax opens to the public, or until you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to remove you from the list, to send you a copy of what we hold about you, or to correct it. Email our Support Desk at support@corporation.tax. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
